A well-known problem: cables run over edges that damage the cable by chafing. Our cable and hose protection is the ideal solution for this. Because while protective covers made of braiding are often stiff, our flexible knitted fabric keeps the cable supple and flexible. And protects it reliably at the same time.
Additional protection
Additional protection is provided by an underlying spiral of wire or fiber. We wind them endless directly on the machine and use them to knit over cables or tubes. Material and mesh size can be selected as desired.
We also offer a knitted fabric as a solution for stiffening a tube - if necessary in combination with an underlying spiral. This increases the bursting pressure enormously, and the outer knitted fabric smoothly and protectively covers the spiral. We can also manufacture such a knitted fabric endlessly for you.
